摘要
农村进城务工妇女作为劳动力流动大军中的另一个主力军,无论对流入地还是流出地的社会经济发展都有着极大的影响。但是从性别的视角观察,男性和女性劳动力在迁移方面有较大差异。以河南省罗山县X村为例,通过问卷调查和深入访谈,具体考察农村妇女外出务工状况,可以为改善农村富余妇女劳动力生存环境政策的制定提供参考和现实依据。
More and more rural women choose to work out of their hometown, which plays an important role in the social and economic development of both their hometown and their working place. Yet there is a gap between the male and the female in labor force transferring from the view of gender. This thesis investigates the situation of the female surplus rural labor working out of their hometown by the means of questionnaire surveys and interviews in Village X of Luoshan County located in Henan Province, which could offer the realistic basis to the improvement of the living environment of the female surplus rural labor.
