摘要
农业女性化是当前农村的一种普遍现象。本文分析了农业女性化对农村妇女和农村发展的负面影响,指出新一轮的农村妇女发展战略必须加快她们的非农转移,这不仅有利于促进城市化和区域协调发展进程,也有利于农村妇女自身的进步。文章从妇联工作角度提出加快农村妇女非农转移一些对策建议。
The feminization of agriculture is prevalent in China's rural areas today. After analysing the negative effects of such feminization on country women and rural development, this paper points out that the new batch of forthcoming strategy for rural women's development must accelerate their off-farm shift, which will not only speed up the progress of urbanization and coordinated regional development but also help the progress of women themselves. The paper concludes with a number of suggestions on women's off-farm shift from the work angle of the women's federations.
