摘要
针对240 t新建钢包回转台,采用三维非线性有限元方法对回转台进行受力分析,得出最恶劣工况下整体变形和应力分布,确定了危险应力出现位置和大小。依据分析结果提出了优化设计方案,并验证了方案的可行性和合理性。
Under the heaviest working condition of a new 240 t ladle turret,its deformation and stress distribution are obtained by force analysis for ladle turret using the 3D nonlinear Finite Element Method. The location and value of severe stress in the ladle turret are calculated. The optimized design of ladle turret structure has been proposed,and proved to be feasible and reasonable.
