摘要
对钢包回转台的结构、载荷进行了分析,指出静强度方法的局限性。通过详细的有限元模型,进行了应力分析,应用S-N曲线和Miner线性疲劳累积损伤原理,进行了疲劳分析。为钢包回转台的设计、制造提供了更科学的依据。
This article makes a full analysis on the turret’s structure and load, points out the inefficiency of the statics. With a detailed finite element model, this article describes the load, analyses the supporting arms with FEM (finite element methodology) tools, gets out the life of the turret by using the miner rule, the theory of stress field intensity and the S-N line. The result turns out to be efficient and shows more scientific proofs in ladle turret’s designing and manufacturing.
