摘要
针对国内铝合金板材拉伸机设计相对缺乏理论依据的问题,以中国重型机械研究院股份公司研发的35MN铝合金板材拉伸机为原型,应用SolidWorks Simulation有限元分析软件计算得出其位移及应力分布,并根据计算结果改进机械结构尺寸,实现了对拉伸机的优化设计。为拉伸机的强度、刚度设计提供了科学依据。
Aiming at the relative shortage of design theory for board stretcher,taking the 35MN aluminum alloy board stretcher designed by China National Heavy Machinery Research Institute Co.,Ltd. for example,this paper calculated the displacement and stress of the stretcher using SolidWorks Simulation FEM software and optimize the structure and size according to the conclusion. It can be used as the scientific basis for the strength and rigidity design of board stretcher.
