摘要
针对齿条经过滚齿加工后往往会发生扭转形变的问题,分析了其产生原因,并设计了液压矫直设备。通过3D建模软件Solidworks对设备的机械结构进行设计和校核,并根据功能要求设计了液压控制回路,提高了齿条的加工精度。
Aiming at the problem of the rack always deformed in torsion after hobbing, the reason of deformation was analyzed, and furthermore, the hydraulic straightening machine was designed. The mechanical structure of the machine was designed and checked with the three dimensional (3D) modeling software Solidworks, meanwhile the hydraulic control circuit was designed according to the requested functions, so that the machining precision of the rack can be improved.
