清肺通络合剂对儿童肺炎支原体肺炎心肌酶谱的影响 被引量:8

Effect of Qingfei Tongluo Mixture on Myocardial Enzymes in Children's Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia

摘要 目的:观察清肺通络合剂治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的临床疗效及其对心肌酶谱的影响。方法:通过将72例符合研究纳入标准的肺炎支原体肺炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组患者均给予阿奇霉素、磷酸肌酸钠静脉输液治疗5 d、吉他霉素静脉输液治疗2 d,治疗组加用清肺通络合剂口服7 d,分别对两组的综合疗效、治疗前后心肌酶谱的变化进行比较,进行清肺通络法治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎疗效和对心肌酶谱影响的评价。结果:治疗组36例,痊愈24例,显效10例,有效1例,无效1例,愈显率94.44%,总有效率97.22%;对照组36例,痊愈17例,显效8例,有效9例,无效2例,愈显率69.44%,总有效率97.22%,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组在治疗后心肌酶谱的改善上显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清肺通络法治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的疗效显著并能够显著改善心肌酶,具有重要的临床价值,值得进一步深入研究。 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy for the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia children and the effect on myocardial enzymes by Qingfei Tongluo mixture. Method: Seventy-two patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, the two groups of patients were treated with intravenous infusion of azithromycin and phosphate sodium therapy for five days, and intravenous infusion of kitasamycin therapy for two days, treatment group was treated with Qingfei Tongluo mixture orally 7 days. Comprehensive efficacy and the myocardial enzyme values before and after treatment were compared between the two group to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Qingfei Tongluo mixture. Result: In the treatment group, 24 cases were cured, 10 cases were markedly effective, the total effective rate was 97.22%. In the control group cured 17 cases were cured, 8 cases were markedly effective, the total effective rate was 94.44% ; upon examination, the difference between the two groups was significant (P 〈 0.05). The myocardial enzyme values before and after treatment in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion : ~Freatment of children mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia combined with Qingfei Tongluo mixture has significant effect and important clinical value to further study.
