摘要
目的:优选黄芩中总黄酮的提取工艺。方法:采用分光光度法,以芦丁为对照测定黄芩中总黄酮的含量。在单因素试验考察提取方法和溶剂的基础上,选取提取溶剂、溶剂量、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,采用L9(34)正交试验优选黄芩中总黄酮的提取工艺。结果:确定最佳提取工艺为:加80倍量70%乙醇超声提取2次,每次3 h,总黄酮提取率达19.21%。结论:优选的提取工艺简单、方便、结果准确、重复性好,可用于黄芩中总黄酮的工业化生产。
Objective: To optimize extraction technology of total flavonoids from Baicalin. Method: Using spectrophotometric determination of rutin as control of total flavonoids from scutellaria content. In singlefactor test and solvent extraction methods investigated, based on the selected solvent, solvent volume, extraction time, extraction times for the study of factors, using L9 (34) orthogonal test skullcap extraction process of totalflavonoids. Result: The optimum extraction process: plus 80 times the amount of 70% ethanol uhrasonic extraction 2 times, each time 3 h, total flavonoids extraction rate of 19.21%. Conclusion: The test method is simple, convenient, accurate and reliable, and can be used in the preferred extraction process of total flavonoids from scutellaria industrial production.
