摘要
目的:探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声对绝经后妇女子宫内膜病变的诊断价值。方法:对125例绝经后出现阴道出血症状患者的子宫内膜声像图及彩色多普勒血流显像进行回顾性分析。所有病灶以子宫内膜活检或刮宫病理证实。结果:经阴道彩色多普勒超声子宫内膜息肉诊断符合率为86.57%(58/67),子宫内膜增生过长诊断符合率为90.00%(27/30),子宫内膜癌诊断符合率为82.35%(14/17),病灶内RI值平均为0.42±0.15,子宫黏膜下肌瘤诊断符合率为54.55%(6/11)。结论:经阴道彩色多普勒超声是一种有效诊断绝经后妇女子宫内膜病变的检查方法。
Objective：To study the diagnostic value of transvaginal color doppler ultrasonography examination for postmenopausal womens＇ uterine endometrial lesions. Methods：The features of ultrasonography and color doppler flow imaging from 125 postmenopausal patients with uterine endometrial lesions were analysed retrospectively. All lesions were confirmed by endometrial biopsy or curetage pathology. Results：The detection rate of transvaginal color doppler ultrasound for uterine endometrial polyps was 86. 57%（58/67）,the detection rate for endometrial hyperplasia was 90. 00%（27/30）,for endometrial cancer was 82. 35%（14/17）,RI in lesions was 0. 42 ± 0. 15,the detection rate for submucous myomas was 54. 55%（6/11）. Conclusion：Transvaginal color doppler ultrasonography examination is an effectve method for postmenopausal womens＇ uterine endometrial lesions.
