摘要
【目的】探讨经阴道彩色多普勒血流显像在化学药物保守治疗早期输卵管妊娠（TP）的价值。[方法]回顾分析59例化学药物保守治疗TP治疗前后的TVCDS影像。【结果】59例保守治疗成功率89．83%（53／59），治疗前TP包块内显示半环状血流有10例，治疗成功率为为40％（4／10），而非半状血流分布的TP成功率100%。【结论】TP包块内半环状血流是TVCDS评价保守治疗TP疗效的一个重要影像指标。
[Objective] To evaluate the value of color Doppler flow imaging （CDFI） in the medical conser vative treatment of early tubal pregnancy（TP）. [Methods] Fifty-nine cases of early TP were analyzed retrospectively by transvaginal color Doppler sonography（TVCD） before medical treatment. [Results] Fiftythree cases were treated successfully,and the success rate was 89.83% （53/59）. According to CDFI, 10 cases were rich in blood flow with a half-ring signal in the TP mass, and the success rate was only 40% （4/10）, while the success rate was 100% in the cases with blood flow of non-half ring signals. [Conclusion] A half-ring signal in the TP mass may be an important sign of color Doppler for assessing the medical treatment outcomes of early TP.
