摘要
目的:研究宫颈小细胞癌介入化疗栓塞术的疗效。方法:18例宫颈小细胞癌患者,导管插管至双侧髂内动脉造影后超选至子宫动脉后灌注化疗药物,并使用明胶海绵栓塞子宫动脉。化疗方案为EP方案或者CAV方案。介入术后第1个月和第3个月复查病情,并按RECIST标准进行影像学检查评价疗效。结果:第1个月18例患者总有效率为88.9%,II期、III期、IV期患者有效率分别为100%、90%、80%;第3个月患者总有效率为66.7%,II期、III期、IV期患者有效率分别为100%、70%、40%。结论:宫颈小细胞癌介入化疗栓塞疗效好,是可选择的有效方案之一。
Objective：To evaluate the effect of transcatheter arterial chemotherapy embolization in small cell carci-noma of the cervix. Methods：All 18 patients,suffered from small cell carcinoma of the cervix,received transcatheter arterial chemotherapy embolization. 5F Cobra catheter tip was indwelled in Bilateral uterine artery,chemotherapy drugs infusion of EP or CAV was given. Efficiency was evaluated with CT or MRI according to RECIST standard in the 1st month and the 3rd month after treatment. Results：Total effective rate was 88. 9%,phase II,III,IV effective rates were 100%,90%,80% in the 1st month. Total effective rate was 66. 7%,phase II,III,IV effective rates were 100%, 70%,40% in the 3rd month. Conclusion：Transcatheter arterial chemotherapy embolization is an effective treatment for small cell carcinoma of the cervix.
