摘要
报告42例颅内脑膜瘤手术治疗的结果。男16例,女26例,年龄6～72岁,平均40岁。幕上30例,幕下12例,行肿瘤全切除35例(按 Simpson 分级标准,其中Ⅰ级1例,Ⅱ级7例,Ⅲ级27例),肿瘤部分切除7例(Ⅳ级),术后死亡4例(占9.5%)。随访38例,术后复发8例,恢复工作和生活者17例(占40.5%),遗留神经功能障碍7例。作者简要讨论了手术后死亡率,并发症、神经功能障碍及肿瘤复发等问题。
Outcome of intracranial meningioma after surgical treatment in 42 patients were reported.There were 16 men and 26 women,the age at diagnosis ranged from 6 to 72 years with a mean of 40 years.30 eases were in supratentorial,12 cases were within the pos- terior fossa.35 cases were completely removed(Simpson's gradingⅠ—Ⅲ)and partiai re- moved in 7 cases.Four patients died after operation,an operative mortality of 9.5%.Eight cases were recurred after the initial operation,17 cases(40.5%)were recoved completely and returned to their previous work,7 cases have neurological deficit including paralysis and aphasia.The wortalily and complication of surgery and recurrence of tumors were briefly dis- cussed.
