摘要 当前结核病仍然是严重危害人类健康的主要传染病之一,结核病是单一致死性传染病中仅次于人类获得性免疫缺陷综合征（AIDS）的第2位杀手.据WHO报告,2012年全球有结核病患者860万例,其中110万例为结核病与AIDS双重感染者;在2012年死于结核病的130万例患者中,有32万例是结核病与AIDS双重感染者;据WHO估算,2012年全球有45万例耐多药结核病患者,其中17万例死亡.
