醒脑静对急性脑出血患者术后神经功能、脂蛋白的影响 被引量:3

The effect of early combining Xingnao Jing on nervous function and lipoprotein of patients with acute cerebral haemorrhage

摘要 目的 观察早期手术联合醒脑静治疗急性脑出血 (ACH)对患者神经功能、脂蛋白的影响。方法12 0例ACH随机分为 2组 ,治疗组 (6 0例 )采用早期手术联合醒脑静注射液治疗 ;对照组 (6 0例 )应用脑复新注射液治疗 ;均观察 4周。治疗前后进行神经功能缺损程度评分 ,检测高密度脂蛋白 (HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、胆固醇 (CHO)、甘油三脂 (TG)。结果 治疗组治疗后神经功能缺损评分 (17 2± 1 6分 )与对照组(2 6 6± 1 8分 )比较 ,显著降低 (P <0 0 1) ,临床总有效率为 91 7% ,显著高于对照组 75 0 % (χ2 =4 9,P<0 0 5 ) ;与对照组比较 ,治疗组HDL升高显著 (P <0 0 1) ,LDL下降明显 (P <0 0 5 ) ,CHO、TG下降显著(P >0 0 1)。结论 早期手术联合醒脑静治疗急性脑出血能显著改善患者的神经功能缺损程度 ,提高临床疗效 ,降低致残率 ,同时使患者的脂代谢紊乱得到改善。 Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy of early operation combining Xingnao Jing on acute cerebral haemorrhage and the effect on nervous function and lipoprotein.Methods One hundred and twenty cases were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group(n=60)was treated with early operation combining Xingnao Jing 20 ml intravenous injection,the control group(n=60)was treated with Naofu Xin 20ml intravenous injection.All were observed four weeks.Before and after treatment,the damaged nervous function was marked and the high-density lipoprotein(HDL),low-density lipoprotein(LDL),cholesterol(CHO) and triglyceride(TG) were tested.Results In treatment group,the damaged nervous function mark was 17 2±1 6 and it was significantly lower than that in control group(26 6±1 8,P<0 001),the clinical total effective rate was 91 7% and it was significantly higher than that in control group(75%,χ 2=4 9,P<0 05),In treatment group,HDL was significantly increased(P<0 01),LDL was obviously decreased(P<0 05),CHO and TG were all significantly decreased(P<0 01).Conclusion The treatment on acute cerebral haemorrhage with early operation combining Xingnao Jing can improve the patient ′s nervous function significantly.It also can improve clinical therapeutic efficacy,decrease damaged rate and improve the disorder of lipoprotein supersession.
