大鼠急性颅脑损伤后早期脑微血管改变的形态学研究 被引量:99

The early changes of cerebral microvasculature after acute brain injury in rats

摘要 报道大鼠实验性脑损伤后早期,10分钟至24小时,大脑皮层微血管减少,并有“微无血管区”,微血管内可见微血栓形成,血脑屏障通透性增加,出现脑水肿。提示微循环障碍脑缺血是产生外伤性脑水肿的重要病因因素,救治重型颅脑损伤要重视防治脑微循环障碍,纠正脑缺氧。 This article studied the early changes of cerebral microvasculature after brain in rats.The results showed that “Non”or less microvessels area and microthrombus were oberseved in the injyred cerebral cortex at 10 minutes to 24 hours interval following acute brain injury.The BBB permeability and brain water content were increased after brain injury.The studies showed:Early disturbances of cerebal microcirculation are the principle pathological factors of secondary brain insults after acute head injury.so, it is very important for the treatment of head injury to improve the microcirculation and ischemia of the brain.
