智能搜索助力服务型政府门户网站建设 被引量：7

摘要 "以用户为中心"是当前及今后一段时期政府网站建设理念演变和服务模式创新的首要原则,即站在社会公众的角度去思考他们的行为模式,为公众提供多样化的便捷服务。当前阶段,每个政府门户网站都积累了丰富的便民信息和服务资源,但这种"信息过载"却给网站用户查找信息带来了很大困扰。通过分析中国政府门户网站搜索引擎的现状和趋势,以北京市农业局为例,描述了智能搜索引擎在政府门户网站的实现路径,并详述了其整体框架、工作机制和功能特色。智能搜索引擎系统在搜索体验的各环节均充分体现出人性化和智能的特点,最大化消除了社会公众对政府业务的认知障碍,是构建服务型政府网站的最佳切入点,值得推广借鉴。
