摘要
目的探讨前瞻性护理质量管理在急诊内科的应用价值。方法将140例急性心肌梗死患者按照随机分组的方法分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予前瞻性护理质量管理模式,对照组给予常规护理,比较2组患者急救反应时间、患者病死率、护理满意度等。结果观察组平均急救反应时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组病死率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前瞻性护理质量管理模式在急诊内科的急诊护理中具有较好的应用价值,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the value of prospective nursing quality management in internal emergency. Methods 140 patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divid- ed into the observation group and the control group. The observation group was given prospective nursing quality management mode while the control group was received routine nursing. The mor- tality rate, the emergency response time and the nursing satisfaction were compared. Results The difference was statistically significant since the average emergency response time of the observation group was lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The difference was statistically signifi- cant since the mortality rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）, so it revealed that the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Prospective nursing quality management mode has excellent application value in internal emergen- cy, so it is worthy of clinical application.
