摘要
文章探究并提出专利预警分析的操作流程和专利预警分析系统的总体架构(包括需求分析、功能架构和系统架构),并从专利预警的实际应用出发,面向行业技术分布、龙头企业或对手技术分布、核心技术深度揭示、行业内专利实施分析这几种预警情境,对专利预警信息分析系统的实现进行方案设计。
This paper explores and proposes the operation process and overall framework of patent warning analysis, including requirement analysis, function architecture and system architecture. Then, based on the practical application of patent early warning, the paper analyzes the early warning situations, such as distribution of industrial technology, distribution of leading enterprise and competitor, depth reveal of core technology and patent implementation in the industry. Finally, the paper discusses the detailed design of the patent early warning analysis system.
