摘要
文章简要介绍技术贸易壁垒、专利地图的定义、分类及以及国内外对专利地图研究和应用情况,分析了专利地图在技术贸易壁垒预警中的作用。
Patent map will play an important role in the coming information world. This dissertation briefly introduces the definition and classification of Technical Barriers to Trade and patent map, and introduces the study and application of patent map home and abroad, moreover analyzes the role of patent map in Technical Barriers to Trade early - warning. At last, this dissertation proposes some idea on this status.
