脑动静脉畸形手术前后电子束CT三维血管造影的评价 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨电子束CT三维血管造影(3D-EBCTA)在评价脑动静脉畸形手术前后中的价值与限度。材料和方法:选择11例不同部位、不同类型的脑动静脉畸形进行术前和术后的3D-EBCTA和 DSA对照研究,采用最大信号强度投影(MIP)和表面遮盖法(SSD)进行重建。结果:与DSA相比,术前3D-EBCTA对瘤巢、供血动脉(来源、数目及形态)和引流静脉的显示率分别为100%、100%和81.8%,术后瘤巢及供血动脉和引流静脉的处理情况显示满意率为100%。结论:3D-EBCTA无创、价廉,是诊断脑动静脉畸形的好方法,在术后随访方面可替代DSA,但在术前诊断上尚不能取代DSA。 To evaluate the diagnostic value of 3 dimensional electron beam computed tomography angiography (3D-EBCTA) in the diagnosis of pre-and postoperative intracranial arteriovenous malformation. Materials and Methods: Three D-EBCTA and DSA were carried out for 11 cases with intracranial arteriovenous malformation, at different locations and in different grades, pre-and postoperatively. The images were reconstructed with MIP and SSD. Results: Using DSA as a gold standard, all nidi, feeding arteries and drainage veins were demonstrated on pre-operative 3D-EBCTA in 100%, 100% and 81 .8% respectively. Three D-EBCTA also showed nidi, feeding arteries and drainage veins well post-operatively. Conclusion: Three D-EBCTA is an noninvasive, low-cost and helpful modality in evaluation of intracraninal arteriovenous malformation. In many cases 3D-EBCTA can be used to replace routine DSA in postoperative follow up. Before obtaining more experience preoperative DSA cannot be saved on at present.
