摘要 探讨颅内动静脉畸形(AVM)中的DSA形态学征象。材料和方法:纠集经IADSA为颅内AVM的183例DSA片,分析颅内AVM的形态学特征。结果:表浅部位者占68.9%;体积为0~30mm^3者占79.3%;严重盗血者占19.7%;发现与颅内AVM相关的动脉瘤占16.9%;发现中央静脉引流及混合静脉引流者共53.0%;有引流静脉狭窄者占8.2%。结论:颅内AVM多位地表浅部位; Purpose: To analyse the morphology feature of intracranial arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) with DSA. Materials and Methods: Cerebral angiograms of 183 patients with intracranial AVMs were ex- amined to find the morphological features of the lesions. Results: 68. 9% of the lesions located super- ficially; There were 79. 3% intracranial AVMs with volume ranged 0 ~ 30mm3; 16. 9% intracrnial AVMs had associated with aneurysm including feeding artery aneurysm and intranidal aneurysm; There were 8. 2% intracranial AVMs with venous stenosis. Conclusion: Most Intracranial AVMs located superficial- ly; their volume mostly ranged 0 ~ 30mm3; less intracranial AVMs associated with aneurysm and drainage vein stenosis; some intracranial AVMs had serious blood stolen; more than half of the intracranial AVMs were central drainage.
