摘要
针对规划信息管理与辅助决策的问题,结合"东莞市城市空间信息管理与智能式规划平台"的建设与应用,提出了以空间数据一体化管理与动态更新为基础,以智能式规划审批与辅助决策为导向的建设方案,为提高规划信息系统建设的自动化与智能化水平提供新的思路。
Considering the problems of planning information management and assistant decision-making, this paper discussed the construction and application of Dongguan Urban Spatial Information Management and Intelligent Planning Platform. Based on integrated management of spatial data, a solution scheme on intelligent planning approval and assistant decision-making platform was purposed. This scheme provided a new idea to improve the automatic and intelligent level of the planning information system construction.
