建设项目电子报批是规划审批工作信息化、数字化的重要组成部分。本文首先从实施电子报批的必要性入手,详细分析了城市规划电子报批系统各阶段的设计,论述了系统的主要功能和关键实现环节,并结合实际案例说明了电子报批系统良好的实施效果。
The electronic approval system of construction projects is an important part of the information and digitization in planning examination and approval. The paper firstly introduces significance of electronic approval system, and then analyses various phase design of electronic approval system of construction projects in detail;discusses the main function and the pivotal phases in the system;explains a good effect in electronic approval system based on some practical cases.
