摘要
在无溶剂超声条件下,氨基磺酸可以高效地催化环己酮,芳香醛与芳香胺一锅反应的Mannich反应。该方法具有反应时间短,收率较高,条件温和,易于操作,后处理方便以及绿色环保等优点。
One-pot Mannich reaction of cyclohexanone, aromatic aldehydes and aromatic amines could be efficiently catalyzed by sulfamic acid under solvent-free conditions and ultrasound irradiation. Compared with traditional method, this ultrasound protocol had advantages of short reaction time,high yield,mild condition,simple work-up procedure and environmental friendly.
