摘要
特藏服务模式是图书馆以特藏资源为依托,为满足特藏用户的需求而进行的活动。根据信息环境的变化,图书馆需要制定新的特藏服务发展策略:定位特藏用户和用户需求、展开原生数字资源建设和实施大规模数字化策略。特藏服务的价值通过理念、方式和技术的变革来实现创新,价值创新体现在服务性能的改善、满足更多样化的用户需求、提升用户体验、提高特藏的可及性和可用性上。特藏服务的价值创新最终推动图书馆社会价值的实现。
Special collections are to satisfy the needs of users. According to the new information environment, new strategies should be maple in special collections service： locating the users and user＇s demands, constructing born digital resources, and implementing Large Scale Digitization. To realize the value of libraries, the services should be innovated in all aspects including improving the service performance, meeting the demands of users, enhancing the experience, and improving availability and accessibility.
