摘要
文章从高校文献管理的结构现状入手,分析了大学图书资料系统的存在问题,阐明了其在教学科研服务的宗旨和范围、书刊文献收藏范围和类型、工作服务人员的素质要求等方面存在的基本关系定位,提出了引进吸引人才、现有人才培养、拓展加强文献资源利用等方面的具体应对措施。
Some structure problems about library & literature service system in universities at present times are analyzed in this article. The goal and range of the library & literature service system, variety and field of books and journals, professional requirements for service staff are enunciated. Some suggested measures, include introducing & attracting high-technology information personnel, training & cultivating service staff, enhancing utilizing efficiency of literature source, are also probed.
