摘要
培育新型职业农民在保障国家粮食安全和主要农产品有效供给、发展现代农业、保证农业后继有人等方面具有十分重大的意义。案例研究认为,加快推进新型职业农民培育进程,解决"今后农村谁来种地、怎么种地、种地为谁"的问题,需要加强对新型职业农民管理和培育成果的宣传,加大对新型职业农民培育的政策扶持和培育力度。
Cultivating new professional farmers has great significance for assuring national food security, effective supply of major agricultural products, modern agriculture development and cultivating agricultural successors. In order to speed up the new professional farmers＇ cultivation and solve the following probiems： who will cultivate in the future, how to cultivate, and who will we cultivate for？ New professional farmers＇ management and cultivation achievements＇ propaganda should be strengthened, policy support and cultivating efforts of new professional farmers should be increased so as to provide decision-making basis for the construction of a high-quality new professional farmers.
