摘要
研究莱赛尔棉交织家纺产品的风格性能。选择相近规格的纯莱赛尔织物、莱赛尔棉交织物和纯棉织物为试样,采用KES型织物风格检测系统对试样拉伸性能、弯曲性能、压缩性能、摩擦性能、剪切性能及接触冷暖感分别进行了测试;采用数学方法对风格性能进行模糊综合评价。结果表明:纯莱赛尔织物的综合性能最好,交织物次之,纯棉织物最差;纯莱赛尔织物弹性好,不易变形,蓬松度较好,但触感较冷。认为:在开发生产莱赛尔家纺产品时,高档次产品可以选择纯莱赛尔,一般产品可以选择莱赛尔与棉交织。
Style property of Lyocell cotton interweave home textiles were researched. Pure Lyocell fabric, Lyocell cotton interweave fabric and pure cotton fabric with similar specification were selected as examples. The fabric properties were tested by KES fabric style test system, including tensile property, blending property, compression property, friction property, shear property, contact sensation of cold-hot respectively. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of style property was done by mathematical methods. The result shows that comprehensive property of pure Lyocell fabric is the best, the sec- ondary is the interweave fabric,the last is the pure cotton fabric. Elasticity and loftiness of pure Lyocell fabic are better, not easily deformed,while the contact sensation is colder. It is considered that in developing Lyocell home textiles, pure Lyocell fabric should be selected for high grade product, Lyocell cotton interweave fabric should be selected for common product.
