摘要
介绍了精梳棉罗布麻远红外粘胶混纺纱的主要纺纱工艺。精梳棉罗布麻远红外粘胶混纺纱采用功能纤维罗布麻、远红外粘胶与精梳棉混纺,使各种纤维的特性得到复合、优化、互补,形成了独特的产品风格。由于罗布麻纤维较粗,刚性大,在纺纱前必须进行预处理,以降低罗布麻纤维的刚性,提高其可纺性。
Main spinning processing of combed cotton ＆ apocynum ＆ far-infrared viscose blended yarn was introduced. Apocynum fiber is a kind of functional fiber, it is blended with far-infrared viscose and combed cotton to spin combed cotton ＆ apocynum ＆ far-infrared viscose blended yarn. So the property of these fibers were compounded, optimized and completed, and the special style is formed. For coarse fiber and big stiffness of apocynum fiber, pretreatment should be done before spinning to reduce the fiber stiffness and enhance fiber spinnability.
