摘要
目的：探讨新生儿肠闭锁的手术治疗方法及影响预后的因素．方法：总结４０例新生儿肠闭锁的临床资料．十二指肠闭锁６例，空肠闭锁１２例，回肠闭锁２０例，结肠闭锁２例．隔膜型１０例，盲端型２６例，多节段型４例．术前均获确诊。拒治４例，手术治疗３６例．结果：手术３６例治愈存活２６例，术后存活率７２％．２０例术后随访１年～２１年，疗效满意．术后死亡１０例．结论：手术是治疗本病的唯一手段，手术方式应根据闭锁部位及类型来选择．本病的疗效及预后受多种因素的影响．
To investigate the operative methods and the factors affected the prognosis of intestine atresia in neonate. Methods: The clinical data of 40 cases of intestine atresia in neonate were analyzed. 6 cases were septal type, 26 cases were blind-end type, and 4 cases multisegmental type. All had been diagnosed before operation. 36 cases were received operation except 4 cases refused therapy. Results: 26 cases of 36 who received operation cured and survived. The post-operative survival fate was 72%. 20 cases which got postoperative follow-up survey for 1-21 years had satisfactory curative effect. 10 died postoperatively. Conclusions : Operation is the only mean of the Rx of this disease. The mode of operation should be selected on the position and the type of atresia. The curative effect and the prognosis are affected by multiple factors.
