摘要
目的：介绍一种带肌蒂髂骨瓣移植行髋关节融合的方法，并报告髋关节融合的疗效．方法：用这种方法融合６个髋关节，其中，３例为髋关节结核，２例为创伤性关节炎，另１例为股骨头无菌性坏死．结果：本组没有发生并发症，经临床观察和随访，治疗效果满意．结论：这种方法具有操作简单和早期愈合的优点．
To introduce a method of arthrodesis of the hip with muscle pedicle iliac flap graft and its therapeutic effect for arthrodesis of the hip. Methods: 6 hips were used with this method. 3 of them were tuberculosis. 2 were traumatic arthritis and 1 case was avascular necrosis of the femoral head. Results: No patient had complications in the group. Clinical observation and follow-up study demonstrated that its therapeutic effect was satisfactory. Conclusion : The advantages of the method could be simple to operate and early union.
