两种根管封闭剂牙本质小管渗透性的扫描电镜研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)测量并比较两种根管封闭剂在根管冠、中、尖三部分的牙本质小管渗透深度。方法:选取24颗健康单根离体牙,随机分成Realseal self-etch(SE)组和AH-Plus组,每组各12颗。所有离体牙完成根管预备,使用两种根管封闭剂采用热牙胶垂直充填方式充填。所有样本取根管冠、中、尖横截面,行SEM观察并分别测量封闭剂在牙本质小管渗透深度。结果:在根管冠、中、尖三部分Realseal SE组与AH-Plus组的牙本质小管渗透深度均表现出统计学差异(P<0.05)。两组的牙本质小管渗透深度在根冠、中部与根尖部的对比均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:在根管冠、中、尖三部分牙本质小管中,Realseal SE均较目前临床广泛应用的AH-Plus表现出更深的渗透深度。两种根管封闭剂在根冠、中部的牙本质小管渗透深度均高于根尖部。 Objective.. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the penetration depth in the dentinal tubule of two sealers in the coronal, middle and apical third of the root canal walls using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Methods : Twenty-four single rooted human anterior teeth were prepared and randomly divided into two experimental groups(Realseal self-etch (SE), AH-Plus) with 12 teeth in each group. All specimens were completed the root canal preparation and respectively filled with the two sealers. All specimens were transversely sectioned, then observed and measured the sealers penetration depth in the dentinal tubules in the coronal, middle and apical third of the root canal with SEM. Results: The penetration depth of Group Realseal SE was significantly higher than that of Group AH-Plus in the coronal, middle and apical third of the root canal walls (P〈0.05). There was a significant difference in different part of root canal of both sealers (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The depth of dentinal tubule sealer penetration of Realseal SE was better than that of AH Plus. The penetration depth of the two sealers was significantly greater in the coronal and middle of the root canal than the apical part of the root canal.
