摘要
为了得到最高菌丝产量,采用液体摇瓶培养法,对激活蛋白菌株培养条件进行初步研究.结果表明:激活蛋白菌株培养的最佳培养基配方为 20% 1 号培养基,以温度 26 ℃,培养时间 60 h,转速 160 r/min,每个 250 mL三角瓶装液量为 120 mL,接种 4 mm×4 mm 的菌丝块 7 块,加入 8 粒玻璃珠于三角瓶为最佳,菌丝干重产量最高,达到 13.8 g/L.
The conditions of activating protein strains in submerged culture with shake flask were studied in this paper, experimental results showed that the composition of the cultural medium was as follow:20% number one medium,250 mL conical bottle contained with 120 mL liquid cultural medium,26 ℃,60 hours of cultural period,160 r/min,4 mm×4 mm 7 pieces mycelium,8 bottle pears in per bottles were the optium conditions,and that on such conditions,dry weight of the mycelium reached 13.8 g/L.
