摘要
针对稀土金属钕熔盐电解过程中存在的一系列问题 ,研制了一种新型的阳极材料。该材料是以 Nd2 O3为基分别添加不同氧化物的陶瓷材料 ,通过粉末烧结法制备并进行了电解实验 ,实验结果表明 ,材料有较好的耐蚀性 ,并对其在电解过程中的腐蚀机理进行了较为详细的探讨 ,提出了还原反应、电解质对电极材料的润湿渗透。
Because of disadvantages in the electrolysis of rare earth metal,a new kind of electrode material has been developed,it is consist of Nd 2O 3 and other oxides.The material was prepared by powder metallurgy method and electrolysis experiment was done.The results show that resistance corrosion is good and the corrosion mechanism is reseached.The main corrosion reasons may be reduction reaction,electrolyte permeation,electrode solution and so on.
