酸性条件下纯硅六方介孔分子筛的合成(Ⅰ)样品表征及酸介质的影响 被引量:5

摘要 本文以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板剂,正硅酸乙酯为硅源,在酸性条件下合成了纯硅六方介孔分子筛。对合成物系中酸介质的种类和用量进行了考察。结果表明,HCI作为酸性介质时,模板剂胶束的稳定性较差,当反应温度高或时间长时,样品的结晶度和有序性有所降低。酸用量减少,有利于硅物种自身的缩聚,但产品的结晶度和有序性大大下降。本文从合成机理的角度对实验结果进行了阐述。 Hexagonal mesoporous silica were synthesized in acidic medium by using cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (C16TMABr) as template and tetramethyl orthoslicate (TEOS) as silica source. Effects of acid content and species in the synthesis system were investigated. The results showed that the surfactant micelles were less stable when HCI was used as acid medium instead of HBr, resulting in lower crystallinity and structure order of the samples as temperature or time for the reaction was increased. It was also found that the decrease of acid content was not favorable to the crystallinity and long-rang order even though it could promote the condensation of inorganic silica species. And according to the synthesis mechanism these results were explained further.
