摘要
碘代芳烃广泛应用于医药、农药及材料等领域,是合成药物活性和生物活性化合物的重要中间体.通过以工业品取代芳烃为原料,经重氮化、碘代合成碘代芳烃,所得碘代芳烃产物产率(>91%)和纯度(>99.8%)较高.探讨了合成过程中酸介质、硫酸用量、硫酸质量分子、滴加顺序、碘代剂以及碘代温度等对反应的影响,确定了最佳的反应条件.产物结构经IR和1H NMR进行了确证.改进后的方法操作简便,过程易控制,反应周期短,成本较低,适合工业化生产.
The iodo-substitued aromatic compounds, which were the important intermediate for the synthesis of medicine and biologieal compounds, were extensively applied in the medicine, agrochemical and material fields. The iodo-substitued aromatic compounds were synthesized from substituent aniline by diazotization and iodination. The yield of the product was more than 91%. Effects of the concentration and quantity of sulfuric acid, sequence of the addition, iodination reagent and reaction temperature on the yield were investigated. The structure of the products was confirmed by IR and ^1H NMR. Compared with published methods, the improved method is simple. The process is easy to control, needs a shorter reaction period and a lower cost. So, the method is suitable for the industrial production.
