伊马替尼联合化疗治疗Ph+成人急性淋巴细胞白血病18例临床分析被引量：3

摘要目的观察Ph+成人急性淋巴细胞白血病应用伊马替尼联合化疗治疗的临床效果。方法选取平顶山市第一人民医院于2010年6月至2012年6月收治的18例Ph+成人急性淋巴细胞白血病患者为观察组,进行伊马替尼联合化疗治疗,患者临床症状完全缓解后交替应用伊马替尼与化疗治疗;另选同期化疗治疗的18例Ph+成人急性淋巴细胞白血病患者为对照组,观察比较其治疗效果。结果治疗结束后观察组完全缓解14例,部分缓解3例,未缓解1例,有效率为94.4%;对照组完全缓解5例,部分缓解6例,未缓解7例,有效率为61.1%,两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组联合治疗过程中骨髓抑制4例,感染5例,对应处理后不良反应消失,对照组骨髓抑制6例,感染6例,两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者均无严重性出血及死亡病例。结论 Ph+成人急性淋巴细胞白血病患者应用伊马替尼联合化疗治疗有着良好的治疗效果,可以在临床上广泛推广。
