成人急性淋巴细胞白血病的治疗 被引量：6

摘要 急性淋巴细胞白血病（acute lymphoblastic Leukemia，ALL）是一种常见的恶性血液病，约占急性白血病的30％～40％。由于ALL是一种异质性疾病，依照患者的临床特点和白血病恶性克隆的生物学特征，采取个体化的治疗对策是获得治疗成功的关键。化疗是ALL最主要的治疗方法，分为两个阶段：第一阶段是诱导缓解治疗，目的是迅速、
