对氧磷酶(Paraoxonase)的测定方法与临床意义 被引量:4

摘要 对氧磷酶 (Paraoxonase)是结合在高密度脂蛋白 (HDL)上的一种有机磷三酯化合物水解酶。最近研究表明 ,对氧磷酶可以保护低密度脂蛋白 (LDL)的氧化 ,其活性与基因多态性被认为是动脉粥样硬化、冠心病的独立危险因素。本文综述Paraoxonase的生化特征、基因的多态性。
