摘要
目的 寻求理想的建立小鼠不同深度烫伤模型的方法。方法 研制了恒温恒压电烫仪 ,分别以 80℃、0 5kg、2cm为统一的致伤温度、致伤压力、致伤直径 ,同时严格控制其他各个因素 ,以致伤时间为唯一可变因素 ,通过改变致伤时间 ,在小鼠背部建立不同深度的烫伤模型 ,并于烫伤后即时、4h、12h、2 4h和 4 8h取材病检。结果 建立浅Ⅱ度、深Ⅱ度及Ⅲ度烫伤创面模型的致伤时间分别为 5s、8s和 12s ;烫伤创面深度随病程逐渐加深 ,直至伤后 2 4h才稳定 ,伤后 4 8h的组织学改变类似伤后 2 4h者。结论 烫伤创面深度应以伤后 2 4h创面深度稳定后的深度为诊断标准。本方法操作简单 ,所建模型稳定 ,重复性好 ,不失为一种建立小鼠不同深度烫伤模型的较为理想的方法。
Objective To probe ideal meth od to establish scald models of different depths on mice.Methods Electrical scald instrument with consta nt temperature and pressure was manufactured.80 ℃、0 5 kg and 2 cm were regard ed as common traumatogenic factors respectively and the scald time was regarded as only a variable,at the same time,other various factors involved were strictly controlled,different models on mice were established by means of changing scald times.The samples,harvested at 0,4 h,12 h,24 h and 48 h post-scald respectivel y,were detected for pathological examination.Results The scald time of second superficial de gree was 5 s,second deep degree was 8 s,and third degree was 12 s and the pathol ogical examination showed that the wound depth was gradually deepened with time passing until 24 h and that the changes of 48 h were similar to those of 24 h.[ WT5”HZ]Couclusion The depth of the scald wound 24 h late r post-scald should be the standard to assess wound depth.This method is easy a nd con venient.The models are stable and the repeativity is good,so it might be an idea l way to establish different depth scald models on mice.
