肺炎衣原体与心血管疾病关系的研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 本文分别从组织病理学 ,动物实验及临床研究等方面阐述了肺炎衣原体 (TWAR)与心血管病的关系。 TWAR已先后在冠状动脉等动脉粥样硬化病变组织中发现 ;对老鼠和兔子模型的研究表明 ,TWAR感染可使巨噬细胞转变为泡沫细胞并促使胆固醇脂的聚集 ,可导致类似动脉粥样硬化病变的形成或可加快动脉硬化的进展 ;临床研究证实 ,阿齐霉素具有减轻冠心病病情的作用。
