摘要
目的探讨茎突综合征的治疗方法。方法 6 8例茎突综合征中 ,采用非手术治疗 2 8例 ,手术治疗 40例 ,将两组资料进行对比分析。结果非手术组中 ,显效 15例 ,好转 11例 ,无效 2例 ;手术组中显效 2 7例 ,好转 10例 ,无效 3例。结论茎突综合征可采用非手术治疗 ,对手术者要严格掌握指征。
Objective To discuss the therapeutic method of styloid process syndrome. Methods 68 cases were divided into 2 groups: non-surgical treatment 28 cases and surgical treatment 40 cases. Comparative analysis was conducted between 2 groups. Result There were significantly improved in 15 cases, improved in 11 cases and no effect 2 cases in the non-surgical treatment group. In surgical treatment group that significantly improved were 27 cases, improved 10 cases and no effect 3 cases. Conclusion Stylord process syndrome could be cured by non surgical treatment. The operative indications should be decided strictly.[WT5”HZ]
