摘要
目的 为探讨幽门螺杆菌 (helicobacterpylori,Hp)的感染方式和感染途径 ,本实验对不同牙周情况和胃病患病情况的自愿者使用的牙刷上Hp的分布进行研究。 方法 以牙刷毛基部沉积物为标本 ,采用聚合酶链反应 (polymerasechainreaction ,PCR)方法提取Hp染色体DNA ,对其特异性片段进行诊断。 结果 牙周状况较好者、无胃病者使用的牙刷Hp检出率较低 ;并且牙刷使用时间越长 ,Hp在牙刷毛基部沉积物上孳生的可能越大 (P <0 .0 1) ;同时牙刷的正确使用与保护对Hp检出率亦有非常显著的影响 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 牙刷上Hp的分布说明口腔可能是Hp传播的一条通道 ,因此牙刷使用时间不宜过长 ;
Objective To investigate the distribution of helicobacter pylori (Hp) and its infection in toothbrush.Methods 150 toothbrushes were studied,the deposit and food debris in the toothbrush bristle were analysed by polymerase chain reaction (PCR).Results Hp was isolated from toothbrush.The Hp positive rate was influenced by toothbrush working time,protection method,and periodontal or stomach disease.Conclusion The detection of Hp in toothbrush suggests that Hp clolnization is not restricted to the gastric mucous and this ecological niche may serve be as a possible sanctuary which may responsible for resettle of the stomach Hp.Toothbrush protecting and work time is also very important to stomach health.
