摘要
目的:探讨中医综合疗法治疗肝郁气滞型黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法:将74例患者随机分为治疗组(n=38)和对照组(n=36)。治疗组予以逍遥散加减、中药药物面膜及穴位埋线的中医综合疗法,对照组口服维生素C片、维生素E丸并外擦复方SOD熊果苷酸霜,共观察2个月。由两名专业的皮肤科医生对每位患者治疗前后进行MASI评分,按照MASI下降率评价临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率89.47%,对照组总有效率66.67%,经卡方检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的MASI评分较治疗前均有改善(P<0.05);治疗后两组MASI评分及MASI下降值相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医综合疗法治疗肝郁气滞型黄褐斑临床疗效优于西医治疗,疗效确切。
Objective：To explore clinically curative effect of TCM comprehensive therapy on Chloasma with liver and Qi stagnation type. Methods：74 patients were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 38） and control group （n = 36）. Treatment group was given free and unfettered mask powder, Chinese medicine and acupuncture point bury line of TCM comprehensive therapy,and the control group received oral vitamin C, vitamin E pills and outside brush compound SOD arbutin sour cream. The course was observed for two months. Two professional dermatologists gave MASI scores to determine each patient before and after treatment, with evalua- tion of clinically curative effect according to MA$I decline rate. Results：Total effectiveness of treatment group was 89.47%, and the control group was 66.67%, by chi -square test, the difference was statistically signifi- cant （P 〈 0.05）. MASI rating of two groups of patients after treatment was improved compared with that before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; After treatment compare two groups according to MASI score and MASI decline in value, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The clinically curative effect of integrated therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Chloasma with liver depression and Qi stagnation type is superior to the western medicine treatment, which is an effective way and worthy of clinical popularization and application.
