摘要
目的:观察中药面膜方治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效和安全性。方法:选取60例黄褐斑门诊患者,随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组外用中药面膜治疗,对照组外用2%氢醌乳膏治疗。两组均依据辨证分为肝郁证、脾虚证、肾虚证、血瘀证,分别采用加味逍遥丸、参苓白术丸、六味地黄丸、血府逐瘀胶囊内服。结果:治疗组总有效率93.3%,对照组总有效率为86.7%。治疗组主症有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.0l)。结论:中药面膜改善黄褐斑面部症状疗效满意,安全无副作用,值得临床推广。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of traditional chinese medicine mask in the treatment of female chloasma. Methods select 60 cases clinic patients, random divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Treatment group was treated by Chinese medicine mask; control group weretreated by 2% topical hydroquinone cream.Two groups according to the differentiation of symptoms and signs are divided into four group, and treated by different decoction .Treatment lasted 3 months. Results The total effective rate in was 93.3% and 86.7%,in treatment and control group,respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion This task proved that Traditional Chinese medicine mask had better curative effect on female chloasma treatment and safety ,it shoud be deserved clinical generalization usage and further researched.
