摘要
目的:观察梅花针扣刺结合皮下注射治疗股外侧皮神经炎的疗效。方法:把60例股外侧皮神经炎患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,治疗组采用梅花针扣刺结合皮下注射治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗。结果:治疗两疗程后治疗组愈显率为86.7%,对照组愈显率66.7%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:梅花针扣刺结合皮下注射治疗股外侧皮神经炎的疗效确切。
Objective： To observe the effect of plum blossom needle buckling thrust with subcutaneous injection on lateral femoral cutaneous nerve. Methods .60 patients with lateral femoral cutaneous nerve were randomly divided into treatment group with 30 cases and control group with 30 cases. The treatment group was with acupuncture treatment combined with plum blossom needle buckle subcutaneous injection, and the control group was with routine acupuncture treatment. Results：After two courses of treatment, the markedly effective rate in the treatment group was 86.7%, and the effective rate in the control group was 66.7%. There was a significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The therapeutic effect of plum blossom needle buckling thrust with subcutaneous injection on neuritis of lateral cutaneous nerve has a markedly good result.
