摘要
目的观察火针治疗股外侧皮神经炎的临床疗效。方法将135例股外侧皮神经炎患者随机分为治疗组70例和对照组65例。治疗组采用火针多点散刺治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组痊愈率和总有效率分别为91.4%和100.0%,对照组分别为32.3%和78.5%,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论火针是一种治疗股外侧皮神经炎的有效方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of fire needling in treating lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis. Methods One hundred and thirty-five patients with lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 70 cases and a control group of 65 cases. The treatment group received fire needling at scattered points and the control group, conventional acupuncture. The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results The cure rate and the total efficacy rate were 91.4% and 100.0%, respectively, in the treatment group and 32.3% and 78.5%, respectively, in the control group; There were statistically significant differences between the two groups （P〉0.01）. Conclusion Fire needling is an effective way to treat lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis.
