艾烟对大鼠的亚慢性毒理试验一般生理性指标分析 被引量:8

General Physiological Indexes of rats Analysis in the Sub-chronic Toxicology Test of Moxa Smoke

摘要 目的观察大鼠在艾烟的亚慢性毒理试验中体重、摄食、脏器系数等一般生理指标的变化,作初步安全性评价。方法SPF级SD大鼠160只,雌雄各半,分为4组(染毒组:高剂量染毒HMS组、中剂量染毒MMS组、低剂量染毒LMS组和对照NC组)。染毒组进行6h/d,5d/周,共3个月的染毒,对照组不作处理,染毒完取每组一半的大鼠进行解剖分析和指标检测,另一半恢复1个月再做同样取材和分析。染毒过程每组大鼠均做体重、摄食量、脏器系数等一般生理指标观察和分析。结果雄鼠和雌鼠的体重均随时间而呈现增长的趋势,且不同时期HMS组大鼠体重基本低于NC组;但除个别时期外,组间对比没有统计学差异(P>0.05)。雄鼠和雌鼠的摄食情况并不随着时间均匀增长。不同时期摄食量除个别时期外,组间对比没有统计学差异(P>0.05)。雄鼠和雌鼠的脏器系数染毒完和恢复1月不同剂量组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),提示大鼠在染毒过程中没有引起明显脏器水肿和脏器萎缩。结论艾烟对大鼠体重、摄食、脏器系数等一般生理指标影响是轻微的。 Objective To observe the change of general physiological indexes such as weight, ingestion, organ coefficient of rats in the sub - chronic moxa smoke inhalation test, and to give primary safety evaluation. Methods 160 SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups (moxa smoke groups:high moxa smoke HMS group, moderate moxa smoke MMS group,little moxa smoke LMS group; normal control NC group). Moxa smoke groups were exposed in moxa smoke for 3 months in different moxa smoke dose (6h/d,Sd/wk) ,normal control group was with no inhalation. Immediately after the smoke inhalation and after 1 month recovery, half of the rats in different groups were dissected and the corresponding indicators were measured. During the inhalation, general physiological indexes such as weight ,ingestion and organ coefficient were observed and analyzed. Results There was an increasing tendency in the weight of both male and female rats, the average weight of rats was lower in HMS group than in the NC group ; but there was not significant difference between different groups except individual period ( P 〉 0.05 ). There was not an increasing tendency of the ingestion of both male and female rats, and there was not significant difference in ingestion between different groups except individual period (P 〉 0.05 ). There was not significant difference of the organ coefficient of both male and female rats be- tween different groups immediately after the smoke inhalation and after 1 month recovery ( respectively P 〉 0.05 ). It suggested that rats had no obvious viscera edema and viscera atrophy during moxa inhalation. Conclusion Moxa smoke has no obvious impact to rats.
