摘要
目的 通过建立脑梗塞动物模型 ,为介入溶栓治疗提供可靠依据。方法 对 10只杂种犬进行常温和加温到 5 0℃后自体血凝块注入致急性脑梗塞形成 ,经导管脑动脉灌注溶栓 ,观察血管狭窄、阻塞和再通的情况。结果 常温自体血凝块组 ,1~ 4h血管再通率为 91%。 6~ 12h溶栓占 89% ,12~ 2 4h溶栓为 76 % ,总复通率占 86 %。加温至5 0℃组 ,1~ 4h溶栓血管再通率为 31.5 %。 6~ 12h溶栓占 2 0 % ,12~ 2 4h溶栓为 5 % ,总复通率 5 3.6 %。结论 常温自体血凝块组溶栓后血管再通率高。 6h之内溶栓速度快 。
Purpose To provide information about local intra arterial thrombolysis by establish a animal model of cerebral infarction. Methods 10 dogs were randomly divided into two groups(group A and B, n =5 for each),group A and B were infused in self blood clot(no heat and heat to 50℃)respectively after selective arterio cerebral catheterization to formal acute cerebral infarction, and local intra arterial thrombolysis was treated before and after thrombolysis to observe the station of vessal,stenosis、occulusion and recanalization. Results In group A,after local intra arterial thrombolysis at 1~4、6~12、12~24 hours, the rate of recanalization were 91%、89%、76% respectively,the total rate was 86%;In group B,the rate of recanalization were 31.5%、20%、5% respectively at same time,the total rate was 53.6%.Conclusion The rate of recanalization in group A is better than group B,and the effective of local intra arterial cerebral thrombolysis in 6 hours is better .Positive correlation was found between local intra arterial thrombolysis time and effective.
