永磁平面齿轮实验研究

摘要 提出一种新型的平面永磁齿轮传动装置,它采用多圈磁极耦合的方式,实现了正交非接触传动。通过实验研究了永磁平面齿轮的传动特性及其影响因素,其磁极耦合气隙直接影响传动转矩;比较不同起动角下的矩角特性以及各单排作用下的矩角特性,分析出获得较好传动特性的条件;对比该装置在有、无负载情况下的运行结果,表明永磁平面齿轮运行平稳。通过实测啮合处磁场变化进一步验证了分析结果,在合理布局磁极的基础上可以提高永磁平面齿轮的传动性能。 A new type of permanent magnetic face gear which couple through multi--row magnetic cylinders and achieve non--contact orthogonal transmission is proposed. Through several experiments of this permanent magnetic gears device, its transmission characteristics and influencing factors are studied, finding that the air gap directly affects magnetic coupling drive torque. By comparing of torque curves of different starting angle as well as the different curves of a certain single row of mag- netic cylinders, the condition of better transmission characteristic is obtained. No matter device is on load or not, the research phenomena indicate that the device runs smoothly. By measuring the magnet- ic field and its changes in engagement region, the analysis result is further validated, and the trans- mission characteristics can be improved on the basis of rational distribution of the magnetic cylinders.
